Landlords are not allowed to ask for medical records. The only document they are entitled to see is an ESA letter from a licensed healthcare professional. They cannot request medical exams or medical histories.

No, you don’t need any special card for an emotional support animal. A letter from a licensed doctor or therapist is sufficient to prove that you own an emotional support animal.
